Marshall is one of the biggest recruits in the country, as the junior from Fenwick has earned several Division I Power 5 offers and was named to the IHSFCA 7A All-State Honorable Mention Team as well as CCL Orange Defensive Player of the year. The 6’5, 250 lbs defensive end is a game wrecker who refuses to be blocked. He is incredibly strong and has tremendous athleticism that allows him to get after the quarterback and win one-on-one matchups with a variety of moves. Additionally, Marshall is an incredibly gifted tight end who makes some outstanding catches. This big time prospect in Marshall is a “can’t miss” for any major college program.

Marshall is an absolute game wrecker. Explosive first step and violent hands its no wonder he was on the top defensive lineman in the country. Additionally, Marshall has polished technique and can beat opposing blockers with a variety of moves, including a hug rush, swim move, or bull rush. And once Marshall gets to the quarterback, he usually finishes with a big hit. Heading into his junior year, Marshall is one of the top D-Linemen in the country.

You can tell a player hits hard when their opponents drop to the ground prior to the contact, and Marshall’s sophomore tape is full of frightened QBs and RBs hurriedly hitting the turf in anticipation of the giant DEs incoming tackle. Additionally, it’s a fun and rare sight to see holes part open like the red sea when Marshall had the ball in his hands as a wildcat quarterback. Yes, the Friars blocking was impressive on a lot of the goalline reps Marshall scored, but part of that is defenders checking out and wanting no part in a collision with big #90. Nathaniel Marshall Nathaniel Marshall 6'5" | 260 lbs | DL Fenwick | 2025 State IL is another incredibly impressive athlete that plays for Fenwick High School. With some impressive accolades collected so early on in his career, it is no surprise to see that he has already collected a multitude of Power 5 offers. Nate is one of the best pass rushers that I have seen so far. With his pure explosion off the ball, and his toolbox of pass rush moves, it is obvious as to why he gets into the backfield so easily. Nate is also an incredible tackler who can get the ball out and force fumbles as well. Nate has proven very early on that he is going to be a force at the high school level in the next couple of years. If he keeps this up, he might just collect an offer from every Power 5 school in the country.
