About Nate
Expert Analysis
Connor Jackson | Prep Redzone Scout
Davis is a productive two-way player who can thump downhill on defense, but is likely projected as an RB long term. His physicality on defense certainly translates to offense. He is a physical driver, firing his feet through contact to will the offense forward. When given a lane, his explosiveness and speed flash, consistently rattling off big runs. He can really move for a player with his weight and body type at 5’11 190. A D1 caliber RB still available.

A dynamic two-way player who made a major impact at linebacker and running back last season, Davis runs hard and can be tough to bring down as a runner out of the backfield. One of the more productive running backs out of Northwest Georgia, Davis is an above-average athlete who ran for an impressive 937 yards and 10 touchdowns. Davis also rushed for a touchdown in six of his final seven games last season. He’s one of the top returning backs in North Georgia for the 2026 class and should have a giant senior season later this fall.

The 5’11 190 is a Swiss Army knife for the Yellow Jackets and could probably have success at any of the skill positions on either side of the ball. He was a GACA All State selection at his bread and butter position, linebacker. Solid built frame that gives him the appearance on film that he is shorter than his reported height but seeing him in person you know he is all of 5’11. Showed an example of his versatility last Fall winning GHFD POW after running for 154 yards and 3 TDs and adding 9 TT a FF and a INT in a comeback win over North Cobb Christian.
Offers/Outlook
Murray State was the 1st school to job on board last week for this hidden gem. He has had an outstanding Soph and Junior seasons and should get more attention heading into the Fall.
