Nasir Blount Nasir Blount 6'2" | 190 lbs | LB East Stroudsburg | 2025 State PA is a talented LB out of East Stroudsburg South HS. The 6’2 | 190lb LB fills gaps very quickly/efficiently. The 2025 prospect had 75 tackles and 7 sacks on the year. Nasir was a force for the Cavaliers when they needed one most! His 7 sacks are very impressive as well! Blount is another D11 prospect taking his talents to the PSAC. On February 14th the Senior announced that he will be taking his talents to Shippensburg University. I think if Nasir does the right things, and develops his game a little more that he can be a force in the PSAC for years to come. Keep an ear out for this name in the D2 world.

Plays the middle of the field well. Nasir Blount Nasir Blount 6'2" | 190 lbs | LB East Stroudsburg | 2025 State PA can blend run-stopper and cover-man skills well. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Blount work at safety at the next level, considering the way he can read and react. East Stroudsburg feels comfortable stationing Blount in the middle of the defense, having the senior backer sniff out gaps before they open. A backfield wrecker, love Blount’s tackle form and pursuit skills. Blount’s free runs to the ball carrier are great, you can see the hunter in him, yet I prefer reps where Blount attacks pulling guards head-on, sheds, and still makes a stop with minimal offensive gain. Blount’s tape contains such reps. I find it hard to believe there are 40 linebacker better than this young man, even though I’m the one creating the rankings. Some may point to competition level in District 11, yet I’d argue for Blount’s case that he could put forth the same production no matter the level of HS competition. An easy name to throw to PSAC’s up North.
