While it was a losing effort in Reservoir’s game vs. Franklin, Moses balled out and showed why he is a D1 prospect. For the game he had 9 total tackles, 4 TFls, and 2 sacks. Moses imprinted himself on the game and had a standout defensive effort to keep his team in it as long as possible. He was explosive off the edge, able to get into the backfield quickly and impact the play even if it wasn’t him making the tackle. Bailey showed great athleticism and hips, holding the edge while attacking and chasing down ball carriers from behind. He is a high level talent that shows up every game.

Bailey has been a leading d-linemen in his class since being added to the data base, and a defensive leader at Reservoir. He recently transferred to Baltimore’s national powerhouse St .Francis which will challenge him and help gauge what caliber prospect he is. He dominated the public-school league, earning Howard County DPOY, All State and All Metro honors. He currently has 8 D1 offers but don’t be surprised if more interests start to roll in the closer we get to the season.

Moses was top 5 in TFL’s this season with 25 and with that he added 7 sacks, and 5 forced fumbles. Moses even had a defensive touchdown after one of his 4 fumble recoveries. He’s been dominant in the 4A/3A division for 2 years on the varsity level, now he’s transferring to MD national power St. Frances Academy. With Moses already at the top of the edge rusher/ OLB rankings expect his recruiting stock to take a leap after competing at a higher level, so far, he currently holds a D1 offer from the University of Massachusetts.
