About Morgan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My play style as a defensive lineman is built around speed, urgency, and constant disruption. I come off the ball with explosive first‑step quickness, using my get‑off to immediately challenge the offensive line and collapse their blocking schemes before they can settle in. I stay low, keep my hands active, and use fast footwork to slip gaps, redirect, and chase plays down from different angles.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality on the field is built on being a true dog, the kind of player who never backs down and never stops coming. I compete with a mindset that every snap is mine to win, and I refuse to let effort be the reason I lose a rep. I stay hungry, stay aggressive, and stay locked in from the first whistle to the last. When the play gets tough, I push harder. When the game speeds up, I rise with it.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Being in the welding club shows that I’m committed to building real skills and putting in work even when no one is watching. It’s a place where I learn discipline, precision, and patience, because every weld has to be clean and every move has to be controlled. What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed a strong mix of leadership and teamwork through both football and welding. On the field, I’ve learned how to communicate clearly, stay accountable, and keep the energy high even when things get tough. I know how to lead by example, push my teammates, and stay locked in on a shared goal. In the welding club, I’ve built patience, precision, and the ability to work with others

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that gives me the chance to grow on the field and in the classroom. Academically, I want a school with a strong kinesiology program because I’m interested in how the body moves, how athletes train, and how performance can be improved through science. I want to study something that connects directly to the sport I love and helps me understand the game on a deeper level.
