Monson is an excellent prospect. He has good size and versatility. He’s an athletic defender that is best suited as a LEO type role where he can attack from different angles. He is quick off the line, shows explosivity and has good lateral movement. He shows good hip bend and the ability to shed blocks. His footwork is clean and has good anticipation. He’s an excellent player that should garner D1 offers in recruiting. Good upside with plenty of traits to like.

Monson is an excellent athlete and a playmaker. He can be an EDGE rusher or an on-ball backer. His duality allows him to never have to come off the field. He has excellent traits. He is quick off the line, has the hip bend necessary to win around the edge and shows good overall speed and athletic movement. He has good lateral quickness and is an explosive athlete. He does a good job shedding his blocks and overwhelming his defender. He’s an excellent prospect and has traits that will play on Saturday’s. A D1 prospect.

Monson has been one of the bright spots for Bingham. He is a physical, imposing backer who shows good instincts, can shed blocks and has good closing speed. He’s an active backer who finds his way to the ball. He’s had an exceptional season and he’s a D1 recruit. Excellent ceiling.
