It was a slower start for Loveless but he’s gotten on the field and proved to be a needed piece this year. He got some work as a sophomore before starting 9 games this year where he put up 41 tackles and a pair of passes deflected. He has a good backpedal and can cut downhill to close on a route quickly. He’s come a long way since his freshman year and he should be a senior leader for Homestead next fall because he’s earned it the hard way.
