Michael Salimbene Jr Michael Salimbene Jr 5'11" | 215 lbs | LB Canterbury School | 2027 State New E , a post-graduate transfer from Ridgefield High School to Canterbury School, brings a physical and instinctive presence to the defensive side of the ball. At 5’11”, 215 pounds, he stands out on film for his aggressive downhill play style and ability to impact the game as a blitzer. He shows a natural feel for attacking gaps, consistently creating disruption in the backfield and putting pressure on opposing offenses.

Salimbene plays with active hands and is constantly looking to force turnovers, showing a strong awareness for attacking the football. His footwork is solid, with good lateral movement and shuffle ability that allows him to stay balanced and react effectively. He projects well as a 4–3 outside linebacker or potentially an in-the-box safety at the next level due to his instincts and physicality. While his football IQ and nose for the ball are clear strengths, continued development in top-end speed will help improve his range and overall effectiveness against faster competition.
