Michael’s 2024 highlights showcased his ability to make a wide range of off-platform throws, a trait that immediately jumps off the screen. He shows strong mechanics after a fake, getting his hips around quickly to deliver strikes downfield. His comfort in play-action is clear; he consistently sells the run, forces linebackers to bite, and then drops the ball over the top with touch. That ability to manipulate defenders at this stage is a promising sign from this young QB.
Michael’s offense makes use of designed rollouts, which fit well with his dual threat skill set and allows him to utilize his mobility and vision outside the pocket.
