One of my latest finds I had when putting together our 2027 South Dakota rankings, came out of tiny Wilmot, South Dakota as Micah Pelzel Micah Pelzel 6'1" | 280 lbs | DL/OL Wilmot | 2027 State SD comes in as our DL8 in the class. The 6’1 280 pounder, is a sound run-stuffer for the Wolves at defensive tackle that I was impressed with how quick from an agility perspective he gets off his blocks for his size. He persistently holds his ground against the inside runs but can get to the inside edge to meet them quickly as a defensive tackle that I was impressed with his attacking ability as the anchor to the Wolves defensive trenches. He’s the first Wilmot Wolves target we have in our rankings in South Dakota, and sets a solid bar inside our top 70 overall.
