Perhaps a bit overlooked on a Yorktown team loaded on offense is Max Troiano Max Troiano 6'4" | 225 lbs | TE/DL Yorktown | 2025 VA . Each time I watched their film he is always making plays at both tight end and defensive end. Troiano is 6’4 and 225 lbs. who runs really well, I saw him take a misdirection snap the distance in person. You can’t tell me he can’t play at least division 2 if not higher, he has all the traits you would want. 9 total touchdowns in his final season for the Patriots is impressive, Troiano is a special player that deserves offers.

Owens counterpart at tight end Max Troaino is a baller too, having an underrated season in my opinion, one that has lead him to 7 touchdowns! I enjoy the way Coach Hanson maneuvers all the talent Yorktown has offensively, with Troaino they use him in a variety of roles. He too has good hands and can stretch the field at 6’4 and 225 lbs.. Very physical in their run game as well, he is often used as their blocker (fullback).

Couldn’t get enough of the kid’s tape yesterday I really think he will play at the division 2 level or higher next season. Between him, Brady Owens Brady Owens 6'5" | 230 lbs | TE Yorktown | 2026 State VA and Finn Luca Finn Luca 5'11" | 185 lbs | WR Yorktown | 2025 VA the Patriots star Quarterback Drew Morgan Drew Morgan 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Yorktown | 2025 VA should have plenty of options. I listed Troiano cause he seems to be a secondary option in their passing game so I could see more opportunities for him tonight. Woodson is expected to have an improved defense and sure will be focused on Owens and Luca. That should lead to more throws coming the big man’s way.

While I have hyped Owens at tight end up for quite some time, Max Troiano Max Troiano 6'4" | 225 lbs | TE/DL Yorktown | 2025 VA is darn good too and deserves the recognition. Troiano is 6’4 and 225 lbs., he too is involved in the passing game for the Patriots. Yorktown quite possibly may have two FCS level tight ends on their roster as Troaino was second team all district (as a defensive end) a year ago.

What he may make his money at the next level though is at defensive end, where he exceeds in many phases of the defensive game. He has a long reach and a high motor, you see him on his tape quite often tracking down ball carriers on the opposite side of the field.
