When watching Max’s game clips, you see a lineman who can make up for being a leaner OL prospect by being physical at the point of attack and aggressive in his pursuit of finishing blocks. He shows great “pop” in his hands with a strong initial jab that can stun defenders, before working them inside to gain leverage. Max does a good job of dropping his anchor and using his lengthier reach to extend and stand up his opponent. Effective hand-fighter. I only saw a limited number of pass protection reps, but he did a good job getting to his spots, moving through his sets, and showed the lateral quickness to keep up with pass rushers. Looking forward to seeing more from Max!
