He is a bit inexperienced with his mechanics but displays a promising ability to play the position. His film doesn’t have many throws to evaluate indicating to me he was held back a little by choice. He is a rising QB with good years ahead to continue developing. His frame is good for the position and his arm motion shows a flick of the wrist movement with accuracy and power behind the throw.
