Perkins is one of the top offensive lineman available across Idaho and is a true road grader that can play a variety of position along the offensive line at the next level. He is a strong puncher that snaps out of his stance and creates immediate vertical push and shows inside hand placement, a consistent base and leg drive while able to finish blocks downfield at the first and second level. He is athletic enough to scrape to second level linebackers and pull across the line while staying patient in pass protection with kick/post efficiency. Overall, he is a very technically sound prospect that is going to be a late steal for a college program.

He has good bend for an athlete of his size and really does a great job with his leverage. He is able to anchor quickly and get his hands on defenders with a purpose. He is going to be an offensive lineman to watch as he continues to fill out his frame even more.
