Meister came in and stepped up in a big way for Lafayette Central this year. He developed on JV as a freshman before getting the call-up last year. He rotated in and had 601 yards while getting his feet wet. This season he rushed for 997 yards and 12 TDs. He plays hard and is a ball of energy on the field. He may not be the biggest back, but he makes a big impact energy-wise on the field, not to mention he’s a playmaker.
