Ali was one of the bright spots for Center Line. Overall, it was a tough day for them offensively, but Ali was still able to showcase his skill. He was great on the ground, taking handoffs and making multiple guys miss before fighting for some extra yardage. What really impressed me though, was his ability to take screens and swing passes and deal real damage in space. His change of direction and burst of speed is extremely rare, and he was able to leverage it into some doomed plays into positives. Ali projects nicely as a slot receiver and kick/punt return specialist at the next level with an extremely high ceiling.
