About Marshall

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Guard/center who loves inside zone and gap. Win with leverage and footwork, not just size.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Coachable and steady. I listen, fix it, and give the same effort every snap.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I volunteer as an assistant coach for KYA 11U in the spring and fall. In the classroom I’ve kept a 4.0 and make A Honor Roll.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Leadership and teamwork show up for me on the O-line. I help with calls up front, keep everyone on the same page, and I also coach 11U in our youth league, which taught me patience and how to teach.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

My dad passed away when I was 8. It made me grow up fast and depend on my coaches and family. This year I was the youngest lineman on 6A varsity, so I had to earn trust through extra film, extra lifts, and talking through calls so the older guys knew I’d do my job.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want a program that coaches hard and cares about development. Strong academics, especially engineering, matter to me. I do not need promises, just a chance to compete, get better, and help the team.

He plays with good aggression and isn’t afraid to get into defenders, consistently showing effort and toughness on every snap. Marshall has shown the ability to win at the point of attack with solid leverage and strong initial contact, allowing him to stay engaged and control blocks in both the run and pass game.

What stands out about his game is his work ethic and willingness to improve. He continues to sharpen his footwork and hand placement, which helps him become more consistent in pass protection and more effective when moving defenders in the run game.
