Glendora class of 2025 offensive lineman Marko Luera Marko Luera 6'4" | 280 lbs | OL Glendora | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to New Mexico on Tuesday.

Luera earned All-CIF honors this season and was the Lineman of the Year in the Sierra League. He also earned All-Area honors from the San Gabriel Valley News.

New Mexico offered Luera a PWO on January 18 and he committed shortly after.

Surprising that a college program hasn’t pulled the trigger on offering Luera. At 6’4” 280 lbs. he’s got good size and is a versatile lineman that can be effective playing both sides of the ball at Glendora but projects on the OL at the next level. Possesses a long and well-balanced frame with good weight distribution and plus athleticism. Shows he can move his feet to work to the second level or get out in front of screen plays. Proves to be a strong blocker in space, does a good job adjusting his angles to line up a defender and initiate contact. Aggressive and powerful at the POA, he accelerates his upon contact to drive opponents off the ball and finish them to the ground. Voted All-State, First Team All-Area, and is a three-time All-League selection. Receiving a lot of D1 attention and should see that initial offer come in before long.
