, who transferred from Franklin Central. Bailey has great burst off the line-of-scrimmage, he is a good route runner and really goes up for the ball. He made a couple of acrobatic catches look easy. Smooth in/out of his breaks, he has good long speed and can win a footrace. Probably moves to inside receiver the season with the two players North Central has at split end. He holds offers from Miami-Ohio and Western Michigan.

Bailey is a dynamic athlete who can do a lot of good things with the ball in his hands. He’s a speedster who has a second gear that can’t be caught. He forces the defense to respect the deep ball and the screen game because of his ability to create with the ball in his hands. He had 36 catches for 629 yards for 15 TDs in year 2. He’s recently been offered by Miami (OH), and the eyes are still coming his way.

, who transferred to North Central ahead of this season, has a chance to be a really good prospect in the Hoosier State. Bailey has grown over the past season, but what really stands out also is how much faster he has gotten. He flashes twitch and explosiveness off the LOS. His sophomore tape shows a wide receiver who can go up for the ball, win v. tight coverage and get behind opposing secondaries for big gains. He holds two offers from Miami-Ohio and Western Michigan, but expect more.

Bailey jumped into action and had success right away. He’s good on the outside and has a great first step and eats into cushions given by the DBs in a flash. He’ll blow right by the DB if they’re flat-footed. He’s a deep threat who seems to have a few deep balls every week. He’s got good body control and can adjust to the ball in mid-air. His concentration is top-notch, and he’ll make some impressive grabs. I liked how he continued to improve each week and felt like there’s still a lot of potential in there. He put up 36 grabs for 625 yards and 15 TDs.
