Expert Analysis
Matt DeBary | Prep Redzone Scout
A quick, hard-hitting linebacker with impressive instincts and closing speed, Aguirre is one of the top linebacker prospects south of Atlanta who made his verbal commitment to N.C State over the weekend. A sure-tackling defender who lived in the backfield last season, Aguirre is coming off a giant junior season where he made 57 tackles, 14 TFLs and two INTs. He flashes big-play ability and can disrupt a drive on any particular play.
