Bollig measures in at 6’3 275-pounds playing offensive tackle for Severance. Starting off he has very good strength, balance, good knee bend, and flexibility. Bollig has good hand speed and good initial quickness out of his stance. One thing about Marek is he will maintain a low pad level to out leverage his opponent. Very good hand placement and hand strength. Powerful run blocker. Good pull blocker. Good acceleration and speed to go from 1^st to 2^nd level blocks. Good anchor and timing to combat pass rush moves. Having worked with him in the spring, Bollig is very coachable. I can see him moving inside at the next level and dominating.

Another stellar offensive lineman that I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bollig. He measures in at 6’4 240 pounds playing RT. He has good initial quickness out of his stance, with good hand speed. Very good strength. Very good hand placement and good hand strength to control defensive line. Good balance, knee bend, and flexibility paired with a good anchor. Bollig has very good competitive toughness, playing through the whistle. He has good acceleration and speed which in turn allows him to be good at pull blocking and out in the open space. He cuts off linebackers in the open space to create running lanes. Bollig has very good competitive toughness as well, and showed his coachability throughout. Again, colleges need to take another look at his film, he deserves more offers.

Bollig led all offensive linemen in the L-drill with 9. He used his good strength to wrap up the defensive lineman during the 1 on 1 drills. Bollig used his very good hand placement, and good hand strength. This allowed him to control and steer the defender. One thing that impressed me was his tenacity and competitive toughness. When Bollig got beat by a defensive lineman, he came back the next snap and dominated. He used a good low pad level to out leverage the defender. Bollig continued to show why he’s a crucial member of the Severance offensive line, and I’m excited to see how he continues next season.

Bollig demonstrated elite technique and consistency, particularly in pass protection. His quick kick-slide, low pad level, and solid base allowed him to stay in front of defenders while maintaining control. In the run game, Bollig executed combo blocks effectively and showcased his ability to physically overpower defenders when needed. His quick punch and strong hand placement highlighted his physicality and attention to detail. A balanced player with excellent footwork, Bollig is poised for a breakout season. With his blend of technique and strength, he is a player that recruiting boards will keep a close eye on.
