A dynamic athlete at quarterback, Marcus Jones Marcus Jones Marcus Jones 6'0" | 185 lbs | QB/RB Ethel | 2024 State MS is still waiting on his first college opportunity. The explosive runner was one of the most athletic players at the position this season. Jones played in a heavy run offense that played well to his strengths. Frequently, he heard his own number called on designed runs. Jones has great speed and burst and can use his athleticism to make defenders miss in the open field. He also has enough strength to break arm tackles. Jones also spent time at defensive back and showed a lot of physicality and ball skills. Don’t be surprised if college coaches see his future on the defensive side of the football despite his offensive success.
