He runs with a lower center of gravity, showcasing good contact balance and leg drive to break tackles. Barnes demonstrates solid post-snap vision, enabling him to read the defensive line and quickly locate running lanes. In open space, he can become elusive and create plays from seemingly nothing. His athletic ability is good, featuring good foot speed, change of direction, and lateral agility.
