Sandoval’s making his second showcase appearance after attending PRZ’s most recent event in January where he showed promising size (6’5”/290), length, and footwork in OL drills. He was beat around the edge on a few of his 1v1 reps out of his OT position so his quickness off the ball and ability to stay in front of athletic rushers will be something to keep an eye on this weekend. Look for Sandoval to show continued development on Sunday.

Sandoval raised his stock as a top OL performer at the PRZ CA Showcase in January. He’s a lengthy 6’5”/290 OT that showed useful footwork and mobility for his size. He could work on being more proactive out of his pass-set and beating oncoming rushers to the spot. Sandoval’s an OL prospect to watch as he continues to earn playing time and develop his skillset.

Sandoval is lengthy at 6-foot-5 and has long arms. His footwork is solid and he has decent body control for a guy his size.
He fared well during the one-on-one period at left tackle. Sandoval could work on his foot speed a bit. He got beat off the edge by some of the speedier edge rushers.
Sandoval has the size to play at the college level someday and seems very coachable. An offseason in the weight room and working on his mobility will help him a lot, but I expect to see him getting offers one day.
