St. Pius defensive lineman Malik Brooks Malik Brooks Malik Brooks 6'5" | 315 lbs | DL/OL St Pius X St Mat | 2026 State CA announced his commitment to USC last Saturday.

Brooks had 12 tackles for a loss with a forced fumble for a St. Pius team that won a CIF championship.

He chose USC over many other top schools that offered him including Alabama, Georgia, Notre Dame and Texas A&M among others. Brooks is one of six defensive linemen in USC’s 2026 recruiting class.
