Pride has been one of the biggest offseason recruiting risers adding nine D-I offers since January before announcing his commitment to San Diego St. this month. He put together a strong junior season totaling 572 receiving yards and 7 TDS on just 32 catches in the fall. Now up around 6’3″, Pride is a top contender to earn all-state honors with the physical skillset and explosive playmaking he brings to the table.

Pride has an official visit with UNLV scheduled for June 20. The talented wideout from Canyon Springs had been flying under the recruiting radar coming into this offseason and has quickly gained steam adding ten D-I offers including eight from Mountain West programs. Pride most recently added offers from Army, New Mexico, New Mexico St., and Colorado St. in May.

Pride added a pair of Mountain West offers from Utah St. and San Diego St. in March. The state’s third-ranked junior WR had a busy month on the recruiting trail adding the pair of offers as well as taking visits to Fresno St. and UNLV to cap off the month. Pride now holds five Mountain West offers from UNLV, Fresno St., Boise St., San Diego St., and Utah St.

Pride took a visit to UNLV after picking up an offer from the hometown Rebels back in January. The current #7-WR in PRZ NV’s 2026 rankings has been putting his name on the D-I radar this offseason after picking up his first set of offers from UNLV, Fresno St., San Diego St., Utah St., and Boise St. Pride will be a name rising up the 2026 rankings in the upcoming update.

Pride’s recruitment continues to trend up after picking up his second D-I offer from Fresno St. this month. The current top-50 prospect in the state’s 2026 class should continue to climb the PRZ rankings with the recruiting interest he’s generating this offseason. Pride picked up his first offer from hometown UNLV to close out the month. The 6’1″/165 junior out of Canyon Springs is one of the more underrated WRs in Nevada’s 2026 class possesses a potent blend of speed, fluidity and body control. Pride should continue to attract D-I offers and interest with the playmaking upside he brings to the table.

Pride showed promising playmaking ability as a perimeter WR for Canyon Springs last season. He’s a slick athlete on the outside that’s versatile in his usage as a vertical threat and playmaker in the screen game. He shows good ball skills and body control vs tight coverage downfield, is a strong hands-catcher over the middle of the field, and can make the first defender miss after the catch. He shows focus as a short, underneath route-runner but could improve his ability to separate in the vertical game. Pride’s the top returning receiving threat for Canyon Springs heading into next season.
