Luke has waited going on one year since he played his last game for the Aggies, as the 6’2 215 pound linebacker is back in action for the 2024 11A State Champions. Luke’s always intrigued with his vision downhill to the ball as you can gauge how instinctively gifted he is getting into the backfield early. Our LB2 in the Dakotas 2026 North Dakota class is one that I feel his first three games this season could surely rise his stock, as he looks like an ideal fit in the NSIC from my eyes as one that you also can’t miss on his motor around the field.

brings to the table is going to be fun to watch unvail this summer and into the 2025 season. The 6’2 215 pounder, is a rumbler downhill and shows off the ideal pursuit angles that college coaches will want to see even with his tape from his sophomore season as our former LB1 in this 2026 class. Luke is another one that I can tell watches enough film, as what he processes pre-snap has an edge carried with how his quick instincts can move to the ball. Luke has the prototypical measurables you want at linebacker at the next-level and I cannot wait to see how this young man’s summer plays out on the camp trail.

Luke was another prospect on our linebacker standouts that I believe pops out more with his football IQ on the field versus his testing numbers. Luke showed off long-lived vision from what I saw at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase as a nearly 6’2 200 pound linebacker that has the long-striding length to the ball that college coaches are going to be attracted to as he develops his speed and agility. He also showed off an underclassmen linebacker that impressed me with how well he took the coaching he was given. The hotbed that is the Velva Aggies, sure looks to be good hands even into their 2026 class. Twitter
