He is a talented player who has the size (6’3″), strength, and athleticism you want from an offensive lineman. He has a chance to really impress on Saturday because of how talented he is. The question I have is, how high is his ceiling? He looks like an FCS-type of kid, so excited to see his potential as a player.

Doheny shows good hand placement and leverage when engaging defenders at the line of scrimmage. In the run game, he works well within the offensive scheme and consistently looks to create movement at the point of attack. His balance and body control allow him to maintain position while driving defenders off the ball. Doheny also demonstrates good awareness when picking up defensive stunts and twists. His ability to stay composed in pass protection helps keep the pocket clean for his quarterback. As he continues to add strength and refine his technique, Doheny has the tools to develop into a reliable and productive offensive lineman.

He is a good prospect who could be a stock riser up this list. He does a good job of firing out of his stance and blocking defensive linemen. He gets off the ball quickly and shows the athleticism and strength to push them off the ball. He has quick feet and moves well. He is an excellent run blocker who pulls and kicks out defenders at a high level.  Doheny is a good offensive tackle who has the potential to be even better going forward.

The way he fires off the ball and blocks defenders is special. He locks onto defenders and power drives them off the ball. He also shows good athleticism as he moves well to block defenders. His stance and start off the ball are good but could use some improvement. With time, this should improve, enabling him to do better as an offensive lineman. I am buying Doheny’s stock because he has a bright future.
