, a rising star in New England high school football! Standing at an impressive 6’1″ and weighing in at 210 pounds, this linebacker from St. Thomas More in Connecticut, formerly of Roosevelt High School in New York, is making waves as he sets his sights on the upcoming season.
Luciano showcased his talent during a stellar junior year, where he demonstrated explosive speed and agility on the field, making him a consistent force in the backfield. With his remarkable ability to track down ball carriers, he racked up a significant number of tackles for loss, earning him recognition from Division I programs. In April, he received an offer from Stony Brook, and I anticipate that more schools will follow suit as they discover his impressive skill set.
What sets Luciano apart is not just his size and athletic prowess but also his versatility on the field. While Roosevelt High utilized him primarily as a run stopper, his speed and athleticism suggest he could easily adapt to various positions, giving him an edge in recruitment.
As he prepares to transfer to St. Thomas More for the fall 2025 season, I believe he is poised for a massive senior year that may elevate his stock even further in the Prep Redzone New England rankings. Fans and scouts alike should keep a close eye on his progress, as he could become one of the most sought-after recruits in the Class of 2027. Don’t miss out on this talented player as he continues to rise through the ranks!

The Roosevelt product earned an offer from Stony Brook in April, and I could see more Division I schools going his direction. Norman has good size, standing at 6’1” and 200 pounds. He had a great year at linebacker. His explosiveness and pure speed allowed him to constantly get in the backfield and make a ton of tackles for loss, along with tracking down ball carriers with ease. He’s a great athlete who I think can play multiple positions, but Roosevelt asks him to be a true run stopper—and that’s where he excelled during his junior season. He could have a massive senior campaign for Roosevelt this upcoming year.

Big-time junior season with 80 total tackles and 30 TFLs for Roosevelt High School. The ability to shoot through gaps and make secure tackles was a major point of emphasis. Norman loves to fire right through the A and B gaps with his quickness to make back-breaking TFLs. Henceforth, Norman can line up on the edge with a quick get-off to cause disruption off the edge. Will display range firing off the edge, chasing down RBs with a high amount of pursuit.
