Luca Santini Luca Santini 6'0" | 160 lbs | QB/DB Laurel | 2026 PA is a straight baller for Laurel at quarterback. He is good both inside and outside the pocket. In the pocket, he is excellent at throwing the ball. He is accurate and throws a good deep ball. Then, when the play breaks down, he can scramble around and make plays with his feet. Santini will need to play a great game to win a District Title this week.

Like the change of pace to Santini’s throws. You can see Santini layer the football over necessary defenders. A ton of Santini throws are dropped into a bucket, the kid can throw moonshots that are hard to break up if you’re a DB. A lofter that can mix in a few heaters. An over-the-top release helps the cause. Will come off of our watch list next week.

He has good mechanics and footwork in the pocket. He has excellent touch on the ball, especially on deep balls. The other big part of his game is he is a baller. He just makes plays for his team. Both inside and outside of the pocket he is good. Santini has a ton of talent as a quarterback.
