Expert Analysis
Mark Johnson | Prep Redzone Scout
Logan has one of the best frames at the TE position. That is saying a lot considering the depth of talent at the top of the 2027 group. He uses that size to his advantage too. Both in the run game and passing game. In the run game you see him get into the chest of his man and run his feet until he buries DL. The size advantage in the passing game jumps off the tape too. After the catch that strong frame and stiff arm keep DBs at bay. Before the catch he simply boxes out DBs. Plus you see a lot of highlights showing him running pretty wide open. Logan has a good feel for soft spots and where to attack with his routes. He fits the mold of a traditional, inline TE.

This is another intriguing athlete at the TE position. Logan is more raw and will need time to continue to fill out his long, lean frame but the tools are exciting. The junior is used in the run game to attack edges/DEs and he delivers at a high rate. He attacks his man, has the power to create a push and also has the athleticism to be able to quickly reset if he loses the leverage or positioning he wants. On the receiving end the big man has a knack for finding open space in the secondary and he plucks the ball out of the air naturally.
On defense Logan is good at setting the edge. He has the power to take on blocks and force the RB inside. We also see a high football IQ, not taking himself out of the play by getting too much depth when he gets a free release. The 2027 TE/DE is a toolsy ball of clay. Check him out.

. The junior has that traditional frame for the position. He has a 6’5″ frame to match the wingspan and has filled out well, carrying 210 lbs. The big man has big mitts to secure catches with 10″ hands to. Logan fits the mold of a traditional TE. One who can contribute consistently in the run game with his size and power then also win in the redzone and short passing game where he can use his size to his advantage. I can see Logan being a target of the D3 level across the state and could go higher with even better numbers this summer.
