LJ Cormier LJ Cormier 6'1" | 175 lbs | QB Sipsey Valley | 2025 State AL out of Sipsey Valley is another dual-threat quarterback we watched that really impressed us last fall. Cormier is a highly athletic QB who uses his athleticism to his advantage, constantly causing problems for opposing defenses. With his speed, acceleration, and field vision, Cormier is excellent when he’s mobile- he really excels at zone reads, roll-out passes, and designed runs. As a passer, Cormier thrives in the intermediate and short game- he throws the ball with great accuracy and anticipation, consistently hitting his receivers in stride for big gains. Cormier had a great senior season last fall where he completed 118-236 passing attempts for 1746 yards and 16 touchdowns, with an additional 84 carries for 716 yards and 8 touchdowns on the ground as well. It was a blast watching Cormier the last few years, he’s been an exciting prospect to follow. Coaches, be sure to check out his tape- he’s a special athlete!
