Zylstra picked up his first after right after the end of last season when UConn offered the big DT prospect from St. Thomas More – Zylstra followed that up with offers from Temple and UMass and has received tons of interest since. Zylstra is a physical interior presence that is among New England’s top interior defensive linemen. Zylstra is a block eater who does an excellent job of playing with a consistent motor and always using his hands to shed blocks.

Linkin is ranked as the #18 overall recruit and the #5 ranked DL in New England class of 2026 for good reason. Linkin possesses a combination of strength, size and athleticism that is not often seen from an interior DL. He controls the line of scrimmage by standing up the OL and pushing them backwards. He can also rush the passer and work his way across the line of scrimmage with quickness. Linkin’s overall ability to win vs double teams and rush the passer make him a high caliber Power 4 recruit.
