Kulik is one of the best arm talents in New York – last season it was turnovers and decision making which prevented him from jumping up the rankings. This season he took a huge jump forward – the Thomas offense scored 100 more points than last season and were very competitive throughout the season. Cortland is the latest school to offer Kulik.

Kulik, whom I wrote about after his Junior season, has arm talent comparable to most of the top quarterbacks in the Northeast. However, efficiency and decision-making needed improvement, and he has made a massive jump as a Senior, leading to an offer from Mercyhurst, his first D1 offer.

Levi Kulik Levi Kulik 6'3" | 200 lbs | QB Webster-Thomas | 2025 State NY is the senior QB for Webster-Thomas High School, and his season started off with a bang when on the first play from scrimmage he was able to show off his athletic ability. Kulik was able to scramble for 70-yards while out sprinting multiple defenders on his way into the endzone. The moves that Kulik is able to put on defenders in the open field is special to see and always allows himself to extend plays. When it came to Kulik’s pure passing ability, I was impressed by the work he was able to do outside the pocket. Making throws on the run and off balance really separated Kulik on tape. Plenty of times Kulik was able to hit his receiver in stride with accuracy and power. The arm strength to push the ball down the field showed at a consistent rate. The confidence to stand in the pocket and make throws out by the boundary and trusting his passing progressions have improved. Kulik certainly is not a stranger to show what he can do with the natural talent that he has.
