One of my personal favorite young quarterbacks to watch this weekend was 2031 CapEx (SC) QB Levi Kirk. There’s no ignoring his physical presence at the position in the 12U age group, which translated to impressive arm strength during the Southern Brawl. Kirkland throws a high-arching, rainbow trajectory on his deep balls, which is unique to see at this age level. That allowed his vertical shots to fall smoothly into his receivers’ hands and in stride as he consistently pushed the ball down the field and attacked the entire back third of the field.
