2030 Williamsburg (KY) OL Levi Frazier was one of those linemen who quietly put together a really strong day and made a case for Top Performer honors. He’s built well for his age and that strength showed up immediately once he got engaged. Frazier’s hands were powerful and consistently well-placed, allowing him to take control of reps and stay in command. He paired that with active feet, doing a nice job mirroring and staying in front without overextending. Once he latched on, it was tough for defenders to work free. There’s a lot to like here with his combination of strength, control, and movement as Frazier heads into the next level.

put together an impressive performance along the offensive line, using his size and physical tools to his advantage throughout the weekend. He looked the part of a next-level lineman, consistently controlling his assignments and not allowing defenders to get by him. In pass protection, he was especially effective, holding his ground and giving his quarterback a clean pocket to work from.
Frazier was just as impactful in the run game, where he did a great job opening up lanes for his backfield. He played with strength and good technique at the point of attack, creating space and sustaining blocks to keep plays moving forward. His combination of size, consistency, and effectiveness on both passing and running downs makes him a strong prospect with the tools to continue developing at the next level.

Look at the rosters of all the 8th Grade teams in this year’s KYMSFA BOTR, I feel Region 4 was the deepest and most complete team. However, sometimes that doesn’t guarantee victory. After lighting it up and causing a running clock in its 46-6 victory over Region 3 in the opening game, they ultimately fell to Region 2 in the championship game by the final of 26-24.

. With Lawless talented enough to be left out on an island, Frazier was free to combo block with the Center all weekend. He was an overbearing drive blocker on running plays and neutralized many Defensive Tackles.

brings good size and a solid foundation to the position. He shows strength in the run game, consistently opening holes and creating opportunities for ball carriers. Frazier plays with physicality at the point of attack and demonstrates an understanding of how to engage and move defenders. His fundamentals are sound, giving him a dependable base to build from as he continues to develop. He has the tools to be a consistent contributor along the offensive line.
In pass protection, there is room for growth, particularly in his drop back and ability to stay low to maintain proper leverage. At times, improving his pad level and footwork will help him handle quicker defenders and more complex pass rushes. With continued refinement in these areas, his overall effectiveness will increase significantly. Despite this, his current skill set and physical attributes point toward a promising future. If he continues to develop, Frazier has the potential to compete at the next level.

on the roster for the second straight year. Coming in 30 pounds heavier than last year, Frazier time in the weight room is paying off. He has the requisite size and strength to provide versatility up front by playing Guard and/or Tackle. Right now I feel like the Guard position is the better fit, but he could have a role at both spots.
