The flashes are evident, and he has a great highlight tape full of impressive throws and the occasional athletic scramble. The keys will be consistency and confidence. As he starts to trust his arm (and legs) more often, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him elevate the entire East Chapel Hill offense.
