Penn is a young athlete who showed that he can play at a high level. Over the past two seasons Penn has been one of Humphreys County’s main running backs and he has done so very well. He put up back to back 1,000 + Yard seasons with a career high of 1,700 yards this season. He averaged over 175 yards a game and will certainly be on the same track next season. I recommend watching this prospect in his senior year to see how consistent he truly is.
