Christian has been another productive back on the West Side, currently sitting at 613 rushing yards and eight touchdowns. He brings good speed to the position but isn’t afraid to run between the tackles and take what the defense gives him. I also like his ability as a receiver out of the backfield, giving SPC another way to get him involved. The combination of speed, inside running ability and receiving value gives Christian a good foundation as he continues through his senior season.

Still think Christian has a lot to prove this season, and he started off the right way by setting the bar high. He finished with 25 carries for 151 yards and three touchdowns. Christian brings a physical edge every time he touches the football. He runs behind his pads, welcomes contact and consistently finishes runs moving forward. His combination of toughness, athleticism and versatility gives him the opportunity to take on an even bigger role this season.
