About Lance

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

As a defensive end, my gameplay is defined by relentless aggression and speed. I pride myself on being able to disrupt offenses by consistently getting into the backfield and applying pressure to the quarterback. Whether it's shooting off the line or using a variety of pass-rushing techniques, my focus is always on collapsing the pocket and forcing mistakes.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality on the field is one of laser focus and determination. I approach every game with unwavering intensity, locking in on my assignments and executing with precision. I thrive in high-pressure moments, always maintaining a clear mind and staying disciplined. My drive to dominate is relentless, and I’m always mentally prepared to push through adversity and make game-changing plays.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Currently, I’m not involved in any clubs or organizations, but academics are extremely important to me, and I prioritize maintaining strong grades. As I move forward in high school, I plan to get more involved in extracurricular activities, as I believe in the importance of giving back to my community and making a positive impact beyond the field.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Being on a team has instilled in me the value of selflessness and effective teamwork. I’ve developed strong leadership skills by guiding and motivating others, focusing on collective goals rather than individual achievements. These qualities enhance my approach in academics and community involvement, contributing positively in all areas.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, I’ve faced significant challenges growing up in a family with four additional brothers. With so many people to share resources with, time and money became especially limited. This scarcity of time and resources made it difficult to access the proper training and support I needed.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that provides opportunities to help me reach the NFL. My dream is to play for a Division 1 school in a big-time environment, but I am open to any offers that can help me achieve my goals.
