Rogers is one the athletic linemen in the class of 2025 in Texas. He passes the eye test at 6’7, his extended arm length enables him to deliver a stiff punch on opposing defenders and he gets control early at engagement to move defenders off of their spots. At UA Dallas Rogers won multiple reps, using his clean footwork to stall out his competition and his ability to get into his pass set quickly allowed him to take out defenders and win reps. Lamont moves well in space, in pads his ability to get to the second level with ease combined with his superb lateral quickness are traits that stick out in his game. A multiple sport athlete, who excels on the basketball court and plays goalie for the Horn soccer team, his overall athleticism is what makes him a valuable asset on the offensive line. Lamont has double digit offers from schools across the country and after his impressive camp, he left no doubt that he is a top recruit in his class.
