As I said above, West Catholic has what it takes to make a run in the Blue Division. It starts with Jayzen Flint Jayzen Flint 6'4" | 230 lbs | DL West Catholic | 2024 State PA before anyone. This kid has game-breaking ability, he’s still coming into his own both physically and mentally. Flint might’ve not even tapped into his full potential yet, West Catholic is going to need that sooner rather than later, however, if they want to stir the Blue Division pot this Fall. I can’t be sure about Flint’s total production thus far as his tape only goes into the first three games, yet stats are showing that he has recorded three sacks and seven TFLs in five games. A really solid start for a top 10 defensive linemen.

Feels like it’s been a while since we’ve written about Sameir Speights Sameir Speights 6'1" | 270 lbs | DL West Catholic | 2024 PA . Happy to plug in the tape and see him still producing at a high level. Speights acts as the WC left tackle and interior defensive lineman. Speights boasts an athletic lower body, both in foot speed and flexibility, that allows him to flash off the screen and off the snap on both sides of the ball. The kid has some attitude to his game too, he’s a punishing prospect that wants to make you feel his presence. Happy to see him playing well.

Can’t mention West Catholic and leave out K’Saan Greene K’Saan Greene 5'11" | 190 lbs | RB West Catholic | 2023 State PA , a kid that has seemingly been making plays for the Burrs for years now, dating back to when I first began covering the team for Prep Redzone. Such a consistent weapon on offense, Greene has racked up a whopping 416 yards in two wins this year. That’s a ridiculous number that many don’t care to announce. We already think of Greene as a high-level D2 prospect, who knows what his ceiling could be. He ran for 70+ yards in ten carries against a Neumann-Goretti defense loaded with D1 prospects. Greene has compiled 559 yards and six rushing touchdowns in five games this year. The young man has proven his worth. Worth mentioning his prowess at defensive back, recording 4 PBUs already.
