who we got the chance to watch live and in person at US Bank Stadium a couple short months ago. Kollin’s one of the biggest linebackers we have on this Outstate list, but what I liked on tape about Kollin is how he fits in tight windows down to the ball carrier as he uses his athleticism to his advantage. He also possesses the sudden twitch that you want your linebackers to have getting downhill to the ball carrier which Kollin’s is intriguing to me as he possesses nearly ideal measurables already for the college level. He’s one that I could surely see rising up in this 2028 class here soon.

Brennan is an out-state athlete with an insane frame that makes him very appealing as an FCS/FBS prospect. He put forth some great tape from his sophomore year as an MLB on a state championship team. On his tape, Brennan does an excellent job of playing both physically and downhill. He moves well for his size and finds open running lanes, then explodes through them and tackles the ball carrier for a loss. This kid is a TFL machine who is uber-effective when sent on a blitz. His pursuit of a ball carrier downfield also caught my eye. Despite running nearly halfway across the field, on a couple of plays, Brennan was able to hawk down the ball carrier and make a TD-saving tackle at the last minute. There is a lot to like about Brennan, and it wouldn’t shock me if he’s a serious rankings riser when the 2028 rankings drop this summer.

didn’t see any playing time during Jackson County Central’s run to the Class 2A state championship last season, Brennan’s size and athleticism could make him a fruitful developmental project for this defense. Brennan’s athletic ability was on display for his track team, as he competed in several sprint, relay, and long jump competitions, posting a 13.54 100 meter dash and 14′ 7.5″ long jump personal bests during the year. Brennan is a raw athlete who will need time to hone his ability to become a leader at the second level of the defense, but Brennan’s frame has the makings of a potential FBS prospect, and he’s my wild-card pick to have a breakout in this conference next season.
