Holt has terrific speed and acceleration out of the backfield- once he breaks through the line of scrimmage and into open grass, it’s extremely tough for defenders to catch up to him.

I love how versatile Holt is. He has great contact balance, can power through defenders, and consistently requires multiple defenders to bring him down. On top of that, he can create in the passing game. He’s a reliable target out of the backfield who quickly gets open out in the flats to move the chains.

Holt was excellent both as a returner and out of the backfield last fall- he is highly athletic, plays with a ton of speed and toughness, and can make plays everywhere on the field. Holt has terrific acceleration out of the backfield- he uses his speed greatly to his advantage, once he hits the open field, good luck catching up and stopping him. On top of his speed, Holt is a very physical player- he takes on hits really well, has great contact balance, and can power through defenders for extra yardage. Holt can also produce in the passing game, he’s a reliable target out of the backfield and consistently came up with some big catches out in the flats to move the chains.
