Chris Smith | Prep Redzone Scout
A senior leader that has been through a lot of battles with his Patriots team, Wilson stepped up big in his final high school game where he made several critical plays that helped push his squad to victory. His defensive work was on point as always but it was his 4th quarter touchdown reception that put Page ahead for the first time all night. When a big moment was presented, Wilson was there and his game play along with his leadership proved to be a difference maker in his team’s Class 5A state title win over Sevier County.

, a defensive back at Page High School. Wilson was productive on the offensive end, picking up a touchdown off a quick handoff in the first half. Wilson’s athleticism and outstanding speed helped him to escape defenders from along the edge and blast into the endzone for the touchdown. Wilson should definitely be a problem in the state title game.

Wilson was fantastic against Beech, where he played arguably his best game of the year. The well-built safety was terrific on the defensive side of things, where he spent the majority of the night playing in the box to limit big rushes.
He demonstrated his versatility by sitting back and playing coverage over the middle of the field and deep in the secondary, with strong tackling to play wherever he’s needed.
The Air Force commit was outstanding as a receiver as well. He racked up over 100 receiving yards, including a 60+ yard touchdown reception.

is the definition of being a dependable safety.
He plays the high safety role very effectively, picking off overthrows and delivering hard hits on receivers when quarterbacks target the middle of the field.
While some could argue his short arms could limit him, there are times in which you just take the baller.
He is currently committed to Air Force, but don’t be shocked if some more local Group of Five programs circle back to the prospect.
