Eldridge has the frame and athletic ability to flourish and become a highly sought-after recruit. The length coming off the edge is ideal, and he’s got the burst off the line. He plays hard and will run plays down from behind. He has the ability to disrupt gameplans and speed up the mental clock for the QB. He’s able to bend and dip underneath blocks and then has the strength to take them head-on. He’ll help contain the edge and limit outside lanes. He finished the year fairly productive with 70 total tackles, 5 TFLs, 2 sacks, and 1 forced fumble.

Eldridge is a 2-way player with upside on both sides, but I like what he brings to the defensive side. His length and speed help him close in on the ball carrier quickly. He’s got good natural strength and a core that helps him get off blocks and wrap up in the open field. He’s got the ideal frame and size for someone coming off the edge. He recorded 70 tackles, 5 TFLs, 2 sacks, and 1 forced fumble this past season.
