Expert Analysis
Matt DeBary | Prep Redzone Scout
A metro-Atlanta quarterback in the rise in the 2029 class, Morgan may be young, but he’s a really impressive athlete who has used his legs to make some really big plays on the ground to start his freshman season. He’s still developing as a passer, but his mobility and ability to make plays with his legs has him towards the top of the rushing list right now in his class. The speedy dual-threat quarterback has run for 495 yards and four touchdowns through his first four games, averaging 9.3 yards per rush. He ran for 174 yards in the season opener and ran for another 187 yards two weeks ago. He’s also rushed for at least one touchdown in three of his four games.
