has been on our radar ever since he stole the show at multiple Prep Redzone camps during the offseason prior to last season. Whether it was on offense or defense, Penn found a way to be one of the best prospects in attendance. Now, Penn is going into his senior season and he’ll be a critical part of Colcord’s success along the line of scrimmage. On offense, Penn will anchor the offensive line and set things up for their running game and more. On defense, Penn will do the same for the defensive line as an absolute force up the middle. He has 15 career sacks but his impact goes a lot further than the stat sheet.

Way out in eastern Oklahoma, you have an absolute monster flying under the radar in the state’s 2025 class. Colcord’s

is a dominant force on both sides of the line of scrimmage but we can’t help but like what he brings to the interior of a defensive line. Penn uses a blend of power and a deep bag of moves to get by opposing offensive linemen. And while small school opponents typically don’t have anyone that can handle Penn’s size, he’s also shown that same dominance at our camps in the past two offseasons. It doesn’t matter what level of play Penn is at, he shows a high skillset and when the job is to blow up the line of scrimmage, he does just that.

came back to the Prep Redzone camp for the third consecutive time and once again, he was one of the best in attendance. Penn got on our radar at this time last year when he was one of the MVPs for his work on the line of scrimmage. He dominated again at the April camp and on Sunday, he was one of the best defensive linemen in attendance. Penn went to work as a defensive tackle and the raw power he has was a big problem for a lot of opposing linemen on Sunday afternoon. Penn got physical from the start and he even got busted up but shrugged it off and was ready to go again. Penn is an absolute force on the line of scrimmage and we’re looking forward to seeing what he and Colcord do this fall.

first got on our radar back in January when he dominated our prospect camp and earned MVP honors for his work as a defensive lineman. Penn was dominant once again on both sides of the ball at our April camp and was one of the top performers from start to finish. This was no surprise to anyone in Colcord as he was a dominant force for the Hornets last season as just a sophomore. Penn was one of Colcord’s top offensive linemen in terms of grading out well and he was productive on the defensive side of the ball. He would finish with 55 tackles and ten sacks on the season and when you look at the style that Penn plays with as an interior defensive lineman, that kind of production is incredibly impressive.

really impressed us this offseason after back to back dominant performances at our prospect camps. First off, he was the MVP for the defensive line group back in January and then he was one of the top performers at the position at our April camp. We didn’t know much about Penn before this offseason and we’re definitely going to keep an eye on him moving forward. Colcord has quite a few really good pieces coming back so they are going to be a Class A school that should contend for the state championship. Having an absolute game-wrecker up front along the defensive line is going to be something to watch this fall.

Penn is a defensive line out of Colcord who impressed us a lot in and he is out of the 2025 class. Penn is someone that was in the talk about him being an MVP of the camp, but Ace Hodges edged him out. This was my second time seeing Penn at one of the Prep Redzone camps and he just keeps impressing everyone. Penn is a big body interior lineman who can play nose tackle or even bump out to a 3-technique. He has long arms where he can control his offensive lineman to gain that separation that he needs to get past his guy. Penn can work in small spaces and knows how to control his body up against other lineman. We really liked Penn’s ability in the individual drills where he shows he has good hips and technique with his hands. In his one-on-one’s, Penn dominated his opponents for most of the day. Prep Redzone is looking for big things out of Penn in only his Junior season.

who is absolutely dominant along both sides of the line of scrimmage. Penn first got on our radar last month when he was the top performing defensive lineman at our camp in Broken Arrow. His performance was good enough to earn MVP honors and the film from last season backed up his spot as one of the more dominant linemen in the state’s 2025 class. On offense, Penn is an absolute mauler along the offensive line. He played multiple positions on the line and his performance never really changed no matter where he was lined up. On the defense side of the ball, we really like what Penn put on tape last year. Penn is an absolute monster on the defensive side of the ball. And at the Class A level, Penn was a match-up nightmare for opposing offensive linemen. He can’t be stopped in 1 on 1 situations and made a living getting into the backfield. We’re curious if Penn is going to continue to grow and where he would stack against larger schools but the film that he’s put together is really impressive.

was not on our radar for this ranking update. Then he came out on Saturday at our camp in Broken Arrow and walked away with MVP for the defensive line group. Then we went back and watched the film of the small school standout that helped lead Colcord to a big 2022 season. Not only is Penn on the radar now, he’s one of the better two-way linemen in the state’s 2025 class. But we have him specifically on the defensive side of the ball and for good reason. And it’s not just because he dominated at the camp on Saturday. Although that helped. Like Gillespie at Edmond Memorial, Penn is your prototypical defensive tackle that just clogs potential running lanes and makes running in between the tackles a big problem for opponents.

. The small school standout was the best defensive lineman in attendance and he dominated from the interior on Saturday. He is definitely a defensive tackle that we’re going to watch more of. This is a perfect example of why we do these camps. There are plenty of prospects that we know about coming in but every time we run these events, we find a name or two that not only are we seeing for the first time, but they end up being some of the top performing prospects in attendance. Penn was that way on Saturday. And he had some company along the defensive line. There were a few moments during 1 on 1’s when the defensive line as a group was absolutely dominating.
