is a dynamic wide receiver who brings a complete skill set to the field and college programs have taken notice. Currently holding nine Division I offers, Rice’s recruitment ranges from respected mid-majors like Rhode Island and UNC Charlotte to national powers such as the University of Miami and Clemson.
Rice is more than just a speed threat; he’s a true offensive weapon. He consistently wins at the catch point, showing the leaping ability and body control to high-point the football. After the catch, he transitions into a running back, displaying toughness, balance, and physicality as he racks up yards after contact.
Poly clearly trusts him to create in space, frequently dialing up screen passes to get the ball in his hands quickly and let his instincts take over. Whether stretching the field vertically or making defenders miss underneath, Rice is a constant mismatch with the ability to change a game

Rice is an exciting and elusive playmaker who maximizes his touches with dynamic open-field ability and impressive toughness for his size. He plays bigger than his frame suggests at 5-9, 165 pounds. His highlights showcase his ability to win contested catches and absorb contact without going down. Rice consistently finds ways to create big plays. His long speed is evident, whether it’s turning a short screen pass into a touchdown, navigating through traffic on a kick return, or stretching the field vertically with deep routes. While he has shown flashes of being a vertical threat and has some route savvy, there’s limited evidence of a fully developed route tree in his highlights. If he can showcase his ability to run more routes, it’ll help boost his stock. Rice has good quickness, but improving his initial burst and overall explosiveness off the line will help him become even more of a dangerous weapon.

Last time I evaluated Rice he was emerging as a young speedy weapon at Concordia Prep, during his time there he reeled in a couple offers. After transferring to Poly in Baltimore city, his role on the team became a lot more prominent. For Poly he plays running back, slot receiver, wildcat quarterback and made All-State as a DB. During the month of March, Rice landed three new D1 offers from Eastern Carolina, Temple, and Rutgers. Rice is still an underclassman with plenty of space to develop and sharpen his impressive game, don’t be surprised if he’s a leading prospect in his class by the end of 2026.

Rice just landed his first power-5 SEC offer from The University of Missouri. The 5’9 Freshman already runs a 4.3 40-yard dash and has a year of varsity experience. He adds this to his only other offer right now, Northern Illinois. He still has a lot of time to polish and sharpen his skills, expect Keyon to land a few more Power 5 offers before 2026.
