The Pine Bluff linebacker does a great job of shedding blocks. He uses his quickness well to separate from blocks and get into the offensive backfield. Pope consistently helps plug up the rushing lanes. He has the ability to drop back into coverage and defend against the pass. He is the type of linebacker that has no problem defending against the run as well as the pass. Over the past few days, Pope earned a scholarship offer from Minnesota North College.
